If You Really Knew Me, You Would Know…

If you really knew me, you would know that I used to live in Orange County, but I moved a now I live where I live now. I moved when I was 2 or 1 years old, because my dad found a new job which payed more than his old job. The same company but payed more. Orange County was my birth place but I mostly lived in where I live now. Not going to give away where I live now, because I don’t want people trying to find out where I live and stalk me :3. Only the people that I know, know which city I live in now.

When we moved here, we owned two dogs that were siblings called Lana and Lanice, (LAN-ISS) I don’t know how to spell her name, both were girls. But, when we were looking for the house that we live in now, we had to live in a apartment where they didn’t allow dogs or pets. So, we looked for someone that we knew who could take care of them but no one could. We eventually had to take them to the shelter and hope that they would get adopted by someone and hope that someone could take them both in. I forgot what breed they were.

That was my, “If you really knew me, you would know…” post. Now you know that I used to live in Orange County for a little part of my life and I used to own two dogs. 🙂

Top 10 Reasons to Adopt a Corgi

We all know our fluffy butt friends, corgis, get different opinions for example, why you should or shouldn’t adopt them. I don’t understand how people dislike corgis. They say they are sort of hard to handle. I’m sitting here like, “What!?” I may not have a fluffy butt friend but I have my own opinion on them and its why you should adopt one! 😀

1. They are good with kids

If you are thinking about getting a dog for the family and you own a few kids in the household, a corgi is the best option! They are super playful and have a lot of energy just like kids!  But the only problem is, kids nowadays are always on their computers and iPads which is not like back then when those things didn’t exist. So if you’re going to adopt a corgi, make sure you actually have time for it and give it lots of walks because they were born to be herding dogs so they naturally have tons of energy.

2. They put up with their owners shenanigans

Corgis don’t mind what their owners do to them, like for example, if you search, “corgi on a swing,” you’ll find photos of corgis on swings and actually enjoying it. There is also a photo where a corgi is buried in dirt and only its legs and head is sticking out, adorable! Corgis can be hilarious when their owners do something funny like putting them in a cute pumpkin costume.

3. They turn everything into a game

When corgis turn everything into a game it almost never ends because who would want to stop playing a hilarious made up game with a adorable fluffy butt friend? But I guess it ends at some point right? The owner has to go out, has to go to bed, has to eat, has to shower, so it does end. Then, a new funny game comes up later in the day…

4. Corgi Races Exist

I have no words but all I’m saying is you better buy your tickets for 2020 or else. You’re probably going to miss out, all the dates for 2019 have pasted. So you better buy your tickets early, I’M ADVERTISING FOR THEM THEY BETTER THANK ME. 😀

5. They are loyal

Corgis are even-tempered, meaning they don’t get aggressive easily which makes them again great for family and children. They are always wanting to join in on the fun with the family, they can also reward their owner with affection. For a breed that was meant for herding, caring comes to them naturally.

6. Extremely Intelligent

Corgis are a little too smart for their own good. Many owners prefer owning a not so know-it-all kind of dog, they say that a really smart dog can be quite stubborn but having a smart dog can be good in some ways. They know what they want and know what to do with themselves when they become bored. They also enjoy problem solving activities.

7. Fiercely Protective of Family

They can be extremely protective, when someone is at the door and its a complete stranger they will bark at the door until their owner opens the door or they go away. They quickly defend their human families as well as their own kind, what I mean by own kind, is the corgi family. Not some stranger German Shepherd to them.

8. Clumsy Corgis!

Everyone loves a clumsy dog, they are hilarious and are the best. They make everyone’s lives a little bit happier and joyful and bring laughter into a household. Corgi’s can be especially funny when they are clumsy when they are sliding across a smooth wooden floor and their legs splat into different directions and the only part of them you can see is there fluffy butt.

9. They get excited about food just like us

Everyone loves food, lets all be honest here. Even corgis do too! Once they hear their owner pouring their kibble into their little doggy bowl, they come dashing to their owner yipping and if they were humans they would probably be saying, “Oh my goodness… its MAC N’ CHEESE!” But it would actually be kibble because they are dogs and humans can’t eat dog food, I mean, they can but it would probably be disgusting. My uncle once ate a dog treat that was bacon flavored and he said it was kind of good.

10. Fluffy Butts! 🙂

Fluffy butts. Fluffy butts. Fluffy butts. Everyone loves a fluffy butt friend, I kept calling them fluffy butt friends throughout this whole listicle, didn’t I? Well, its the best part of owning a corgi. Saved the best for last. Hehe. I actually have nothing else to say. I just wanted to add this because people can enjoy their fluffy butts lol. It makes them hilarious, in fact, everything about a corgi is funny because of their fluffy butts, short legs, and their trait of being clumsy.

Corgis can be really loving and adorable, sorry for saying fluffy butts too much though. Do you own a dog? If so what breed? Whats your opinion on corgis now that I published this? I would like to see your answers! Corgis in my opinion are the best and I would really like one in the future, currently I only own a fishes.
